1、 Brief introduction of the instrument

Pt-7900d full-automatic purge and trap device is developed and produced by Beijing Zhongyi Yusheng Technology Co., Ltd. It is mainly used for VOC analysis of water and soil, as well as volatile matter analysis in food. The standards met the standards of "hj639-2012 determination of volatile organic compounds in water quality by Purge and trap / gas chromatography-mass spectrometry", "hj686-2014 determination of volatile organic compounds in water quality by Purge and trap / gas chromatography-mass spectrometry", "hj605-2011 determination of volatile organic compounds in soil and sediment by Purge and trap / gas chromatography-mass spectrometry", etc.

2、 Features and main functions of the instrument

1. It can automatically run 1-30 samples without personnel on duty;

2. Power on self-test, fault alarm and prompt, automatic positioning and calibration of sample disk;

3. Microcomputer program control, the main functions are as follows:

(1) method parameter setting, real-time animation display of working state and running time;

(2) the temperature of injection valve, sample transfer tube, dewater trap and trap tube desorption area are separately heated and controlled;

(3) set the analysis program and press the run key to automatically complete the analysis of all samples;

(4) the GC and GCMS chromatographic data processing workstation can be started synchronously, and the device can also be started by external programs;

4. Through time programming, the functions of purge, capture, desorption, sample injection and backwash cleaning can be realized automatically;

5. The device has the function of automatic sample mixing;

6. Electronic refrigeration and two-stage flash thermal desorption process are used to ensure narrow chromatographic peak shape;

7. The sample transfer tube and injection valve have automatic back blowing function, which can avoid cross contamination of different samples;

8. It is equipped with special starting line interface to synchronize GC and GCMS at home and abroad, and can connect all types of GC and GCMS at home and abroad;

9. The sample passes through a water trap to prevent water vapor from entering into the trap tube, thus reducing the influence of water vapor on GC and GCMS;
